Refund & Returns Policy

Digital resources
Fexingo resource packs are digital PDFs. Because they are delivered immediately after payment and cannot be returned in a traditional sense, the following applies:
When we will refund
- Duplicate purchase. If you accidentally bought the same pack twice, email us and we’ll refund the duplicate.
- Download problem. If you cannot download the pack after purchase and we cannot fix the issue within 7 days, we will refund.
- Major defect. If the pack is unusable as shipped (corrupted PDF, wrong language, missing sections), we will replace it or refund in full within 14 days of purchase.
- Change of mind, within 7 days and before download. If you haven’t downloaded the PDF yet and request a refund within 7 days of purchase, we’ll process it.
When we can’t refund
- After you have downloaded the PDF and more than 7 days have passed.
- When the request is based on learning outcomes (results vary from learner to learner).
- When a refund would require returning copies of the PDF that have already been printed or shared.
How to request a refund
Email support@fexingo.com from the address on your order with your order number and a short note. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days by Stripe.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please email us first — we’ll almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback would. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in the associated account being suspended.
