1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing fexingo.com, listening to a Fexingo podcast, or purchasing a resource pack, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The service

Fexingo provides (a) free podcasts across two product lines — Fexingo Languages (language-learning shows) and Fexingo History (history shows) — distributed through major audio platforms, and (b) paid digital resource packs (PDFs) that complement the podcasts. We may add, remove, or modify parts of the service at any time.

3. Accounts

You may browse and listen without an account. To purchase resource packs, you need to create one. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@fexingo.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Purchases & digital products

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in the currency shown at checkout and include any applicable taxes where required by law. Resource packs are delivered as digital downloads to your account immediately after payment.

5. License to use resources

When you purchase a Fexingo resource pack, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to:

• Download the PDFs for your own learning.
• Print copies for personal classroom, tutoring, or self-study use.

You may not redistribute, resell, publicly host, translate, or incorporate the material into another product without written permission from Fexingo.

6. Intellectual property

All content on fexingo.com — podcast audio, cover art, logos, resource PDFs, page copy, and branding — is owned by Fexingo or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may quote short excerpts with attribution for non-commercial purposes.

7. Acceptable use

When using Fexingo you agree not to:

• Scrape, spider, or automate requests beyond what's served through the standard site and RSS feeds.
• Circumvent paywalls, rate limits, DRM, or access controls.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or content that violates another person's rights.
• Use the resources to train machine-learning models without written permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with Fexingo.

8. Third-party links and services

The site contains links to third parties (Stripe, Spreaker, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and more). We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your interactions with them are governed by their respective agreements.

9. Disclaimers

Fexingo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work hard to keep content accurate, but we make no warranty that the site or materials are error-free, uninterrupted, or appropriate for any particular purpose. Learning outcomes vary from person to person.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fexingo and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the site or resources. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Fexingo in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fexingo harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@fexingo.com.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Fexingo operates. Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
